About 1% of the world’s population stutters. Because it is a relatively low incidence issue, many people who stutter never meet another person who stutters and grow up thinking that they’re the only person who talks like them. But they are not alone. Thanks to an ever-growing community of self-help and support, both in-person and online, connecting with other people who stutter is easy and can be a powerful, life-changing experiences.
